Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Video Editor to join our dynamic content team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in leveraging Generative AI tools to produce engaging, high-quality video content for our Telugu-speaking audience. You will be responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, compelling stories that align with our brand’s vision, demonstrating both technical proficiency and creative flair.Key Responsibilities:AI-Powered Editing:Utilize a suite of Generative AI tools and software to efficiently assemble, edit, and enhance raw footage into finished videos. High-Volume Production:Produce a minimum of 3 high-quality short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) per day, maintaining a fast turnaround time without compromising on quality. Creative Enhancement:Seamlessly integrate AI-generated visuals, graphics, custom effects, music, and sound design to elevate video content. This includes hands-on experience with AI video and image models. Technical Execution:Perform flawless background removal, precise video cuts, and professional color grading to ensure a high-end final product. Innovation:Constantly experiment with and develop new editing styles and visual trends to keep our content fresh, modern, and engaging. Collaboration:Work closely with content writers, anchors, and graphic designers to ensure a cohesive and culturally appropriate final product for the target audience. Project Management:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering exceptional work within tight deadlines. Stay Updated:Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI video editing technologies, tools, and industry best practices.️Required Qualifications & Skills:Must have hands-on experience in creatingexplanatory videosandpodcast videos(both short and long-form). Should have abasic knowledge of motion graphics(Adobe After Effects). Must have at least abasic understanding of AI toolsused for video editing. Experience:Proven experience as a video editor with a strong and diverse portfolio that showcases your editing skills. AI Tool Proficiency (Mandatory):Demonstrable, hands-on experience with cutting-edgeGenerative AI video editing tools(e.g., RunwayML, Descript, Veed.io, Pika, Sora, or similar platforms) Expertise in Traditional Software:Advanced proficiency in traditional editing suites is essential. You must have excellent hands-on knowledge of: Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects DaVinci ResolveLanguage & Grammar:Complete fluency (reading, writing, and speaking) in Telugu Excellent command of English grammar and spelling for creating accurate and error-free subtitles and on-screen text. Creative Acumen:A strong sense of storytelling, a keen eye for visual aesthetics, and a passion for creating compelling narratives. Work Ethic:Ability to work independently and as a proactive member of a collaborative team.
