Job Description Talent Acquisition Manager ( Hospital - Healthcare )Position: Talent Acquisition - Assistant Manager / Manager / Sr ManagerExperience: 5-10 YearsJob SummaryThe Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract high-quality medical, clinical, and non-clinical talent for the hospital. This role involves end-to-end hiring, workforce planning, employer branding, collaboration with department heads, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:-1. Recruitment & Selection- Manage full-cycle recruitment for medical (Doctors, Nurses, Technicians), paramedical, and administrative roles. - Source candidates using various channelsjob portals, social media, referrals, agencies, campus recruitment, and professional networks. - Screen and shortlist candidates based on experience, qualifications, and required competencies. - Coordinate interviews, assessments, medical tests, and background verification as required by hospital policies. - Ensure timely hiring for critical positions to avoid operational gaps.2. Workforce Planning- Work with HODs and hospital leadership to understand manpower requirements based on patient inflow, expansion, and statutory norms. - Maintain and update the hospital’s manpower budget and hiring tracker. - Forecast staffing needs for speciality departments, new units, and seasonal fluctuations.3. Employer Branding- Strengthen hospital visibility through recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and collaborations with medical and nursing colleges. - Develop employer branding initiatives to position the hospital as an “Employer of Choice” in the healthcare sector. - Manage social media hiring campaigns and employee testimonials.4. Compliance & Documentation- Ensure adherence to NABH/NABL guidelines and internal HR SOPs in hiring procedures. - Maintain accurate hiring records, offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation. - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements—medical licensing, registration checks, professional certifications, etc.5. Vendor Management- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, external consultants, and training partners. - Negotiate contracts and ensure service-level compliance.6. Onboarding & Integration- Coordinate pre-joining and onboarding processes for new hires. - Conduct HR orientation sessions and ensure smooth integration into the hospital system. - Work closely with training and development teams for induction programs.7.
