We’re a fast-growing contract manufacturing and D2C solutions company that not only builds its own consumer brand but also partners with other brands to manage their sales, distribution, and digital presence.We’re looking for a Packaging Machinery Operator to run and maintain our high-speed packaging lines. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with machinery, understands production workflow, and wants to grow in a modern F&B manufacturing setup.Key ResponsibilitiesOperation of Packaging Machinery- Run automatic bottling lines for liquid products. - Operate high-speed sachet packaging machines. - Manage spout-pouch filling and sealing machines. - Manage all forms of packaging machines and solutions. - Ensure machines are set up correctly before each production batch.Production Efficiency & Line Management- Monitor machine performance and maintain steady output. - Report downtime, faults, and production issues promptly. - Follow production plans and help achieve daily output targets.Maintenance & Troubleshooting- Perform basic preventive maintenance and cleaning. - Identify operational issues and assist in troubleshooting. - Work with maintenance teams during repairs or adjustments.Quality & Safety Compliance- Follow GMP, hygiene, and safety standards strictly. - Ensure packaging accuracy, seal integrity, and product quality. - Maintain clean working areas and proper documentation.What We’re Looking For- Experience operating packaging machines in F&B, FMCG, or pharma (preferred). - Working knowledge of automatic bottling, sachet, or pouch machines. - Ability to identify machine issues and handle minor adjustments. - Reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. - Comfortable working in fast-paced production environments.Why Join Us?- Work with modern, high-speed F&B packaging lines. - Be part of a growing contract manufacturing company. - Learn across multiple product categories and packaging formats. - Supportive, growth-oriented environment with real skill-building.
