Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership:● Lead and manage a team of Project Managers and Site Supervisors.● Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance andprofessional growth.Project Management:● Oversee the end-to-end execution of residential interior design projects.● Collaborate with the design team, warehouse, sourcing, and production teams toensure seamless project flow.● Conduct regular project reviews to identify and address any issues or delays.Coordination and Communication:● Foster effective communication and collaboration between different teams involved inthe project life cycle.● Act as a liaison between the project team and other departments to streamlineprocesses and resolve issues promptlyTimely Delivery:● Develop and implement strategies to achieve on-time project handovers.● Proactively identify potential delays and implement corrective actions to maintainproject timelines.Quality Assurance:● Ensure adherence to quality standards in project execution.● Implement quality control measures to deliver impeccable design solutions to ourclients.Customer Experience:● Prioritize and enhance the overall customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.● Address customer concerns promptly and implement improvements based onfeedback.Qualifications:● Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.● Proven experience in project management, preferably in the residential interiordesign or construction industry.● Strong leadership and team management skills.● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.● Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.● Knowledge of interior design processes and materials is a plus.
