The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces that deliver an outstanding user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative, user-friendly designs that align with our business goals and user needs.Key Responsibilities:UI/UX Design:- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas. - Design visually appealing user interfaces with a focus on usability and functionality.User Research & Analysis:- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback. - Analyse user behaviour and adapt designs to improve the user experience.Collaboration:- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions. - Ensure designs are feasible within technical constraints and meet business objectives.Front-End Implementation:- Translate design concepts into functional, responsive, and interactive front-end components. - Maintain consistency in UI design and implement industry best practices.Design Tools & Standards:- Use design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for prototyping. - Ensure adherence to branding guidelines and maintain design system consistency.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design and development.Technical Skills:- Proficiency in HTML, Bootstrap, tailwind, CSS, and JavaScript. - Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., ReactJS, Angular, or Vue.js). - Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software.Design Knowledge:- Strong understanding of UX principles and responsive design. - Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and usability best practices.Soft Skills:- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Attention to detail and a passion for creating user-centric designs.Preferred Qualifications- Knowledge of motion design and animation for web interfaces. - Basic understanding of backend technologies to collaborate effectively with developers.
