Assistant Manager, Performance Management & Training- Location: Noida Sector 62 - Shift: India Night Shift , 6:30pm to 3:30am IST - Department: Human Resources, reports to Head of India HR OperationsABOUT ARKARK Solutions, Inc. is a leading IT staffing and consulting firm delivering top talent to our public and private sector clients. We are committed to ensuring client satisfaction by delivering the right talent at the right time.SUMMARYWe are seeking a sharp, analytical, and highly organized Assistant Manager, Performance Management & Training to lead our Performance, Training & Development functions. This person will directly manage a team of two Performance Analysts responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and reporting on performance across all departments, including Recruiting, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Finance.This is a high-visibility role that requires strong HR fundamentals, comfort with process evaluation, and the ability to communicate clearly and directly with senior leadership across the globe. If you enjoy holding people accountable, uncovering process inefficiencies, and driving a culture of high performance, you'll thrive in this role.RESPONSIBILITIESPerformance Oversight (65%, primary responsibility)- Oversee day-to-day reporting on team and individual performance across the business - Ensure timely identification and escalation of performance issues to Department Heads and Leadership - Maintain high standards of data accuracy, confidentiality, and follow-through - Serve as the final checkpoint for all performance-related escalations, patterns, and anomaliesTraining & Development (35%)- Partner with department leaders to design training plans for new hires, document processes for future knowledge transfer, and assign performance improvement plans when needed - Provide recommendations for coaching, training, or process improvements as evidenced by data and reporting provided by API - Hold departments to implement and follow up on action plans - Support department leaders and SMEs in the creation of ongoing education and training materials for their teams.REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field required (Master's strongly preferred) - 8+ years of HR experience with progressive responsibility - 3+ years of US Staffing Industry experience - 3+ years of people management experience ; ability to delegate and hold others accountable - Analytical, detail-obsessed, trustworthy with confidential data - Proven ability and strong desire to foster a culture of accountability, continuous performance improvement, and process discipline.
