The role requires strong knowledge of real estate accounting, taxation, and compliance processes.Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and reports. - Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and vendor payments. - Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory filings relevant to the real estate sector. - Coordinate with developers, clients, and internal departments for billing, invoicing, and payment tracking. - Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control - Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and support audits. - Ensure compliance with RERA, accounting standards, and internal policies.Qualifications and Skills- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting — preferably in the real estate or property sector. - Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred). - Proficiency in Tally, MS Office, and accounting/ERP software. - Sound understanding of real estate accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory compliance. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Relevant certifications such as CA (Inter), CPA, or equivalent will be an advantage.Compensation and DetailsSalary: ₹5,00,000 to ₹6,00,000 per annum (based on experience and qualifications)Location: Noida (On-site)Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
