The primary responsibilities include identifying and securing new business opportunities, promoting the company's workspace solutions, and creating sales strategies tailored to client needs. Additional tasks involve managing customer relationships, delivering excellent service, and conducting training sessions for clients or staff members when necessary to ensure smooth onboarding.Qualifications- Strong Communication and exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients. - Proven experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing to meet and exceed revenue targets. - Experience in Training to onboard clients and guide them through service offerings effectively. - Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently to achieve business goals. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. - Proficiency in CRM software and basic Microsoft Office applications is an advantage. - Knowledge of the managed office space industry or similar sectors is a plus.
