The role demands a blend ofstrategic understanding ,hands-on execution , andcross-functional collaborationto identify business bottlenecks and design AI-driven solutions—especially leveragingConversational AI, automation, and intelligent analytics . As part of the Enterprise Digital Transformation team, you will work closely withcorporate functions(Quality, IT, HR, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Admin, Procurement, etc.) anddelivery teamsacross business lines to conceptualize, manage, and deliver impactful AI initiatives that enhance productivity, decision-making, and user experience across the organization.Required Qualifications- including education and experience4–5 years of total experience with at least 2 years inproject management, digital transformation, or AI/automation initiatives . Strong understanding ofAI concepts(LLMs, chatbots, automation tools, analytics platforms) and their enterprise use cases. Proven ability to work incross-functional environments , driving alignment between technology and business teams. Excellentcommunication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills— able to interface with senior leaders confidently. Demonstrated experience in managingend-to-end deliveryof multiple projects using agile methodologies or structured PM frameworks. Strong analytical mindset, structured thinking, and problem-solving skills. Exposure toenterprise systems(HRMS, ERP, CRM, etc.) andprocess digitizationis desirable.Roles and responsibilities -What the person will do after joining IntellectLead AI-driven projectsfrom concept to implementation — including requirement gathering, scoping, prioritization, delivery, and adoption tracking. Collaborate across functionsto identify process inefficiencies and design intelligent solutions using conversational AI, NLP, process automation, and predictive analytics. Interface with technology and business teamsto translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure smooth handoffs for development and testing. Manage project plans, sprints, and dependencies , ensuring timely execution and alignment with transformation goals. Track KPIs and success metricsfor AI initiatives and prepare progress reports and dashboards for leadership. Ensure change management and adoption , driving awareness and training sessions for business users. Stay abreast of emerging AI tools, frameworks, and trends , evaluating their potential application within the enterprise context.
