Identify opportunities throughindustry research & inquiries . Locate and propose potential business deals by contactingkey decision makers . Track progress against sales targets and take corrective action with corporate office if required. Sales order planning, revenue forecasting, andmarket expansion planning . Conductmonthly reviews with the sales team . Team Building Drive the team to achieve organizational goals in terms ofethics, revenue & profitability . Train and mentor sales team onsales strategies, industry insights & product features . Operations Travel within India & internationally forsales and customer meetings . Managepartner & channel relationships . Work with themarketing team for lead generation . Represent the company inexpos and trade fairs . Manageproject operationsfrom sales closure to execution. Account Management Build and maintainstrong client relationships . Support project delivery teams duringimplementation & handover . Meet customers to resolveimplementation and support escalations . Handlestrategic accountsand ensure regular engagement. Provide updates to customers on new developments and product innovations.Experience & Knowledge Must Have: Strong domain experience inWater Treatment Projects (ETP, STP, WTP), UPVC Pipes, Pumps, Steel Tanks, SMC Panel Tanks, and Liquid Storage Solutions . Proven track record ofachieving sales targets . Consultative Sales Approachwith strong solution-oriented mindset. Excellentproduct demonstration & presentation skills . Strong problem-solving ability withquick & accurate decision making . Experience in handlinglarge-scale industrial projects .
