The company has state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Karnataka with a production capacity of 3 Lakh liters/day.Role SummaryThe Dairy Day Factory at Harohalli has been central to the brand’s story it’s where our signature quality, craftsmanship, and innovation come alive. As the brand scales up, the factory will evolve into a destination of experience and pride a space where visitors can witness the magic behind their favourite ice cream and leave with memories as delightful as our flavours. The vision is to make every factory visit a memorable, immersive, and joy-filled journey, reflecting the warmth and goodness Dairy Day stands for.The Hospitality Manager will be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the smooth execution and experience management of Dairy Day Ice Cream Factory Tour. The role will bridge Dairy Day’s internal marketing and operations teams, external creative/design agencies, and on-ground promoter staff to ensure a seamless, delightful consumer experience across all brand touchpoints.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES·Coordinate with creative and event agencies to plan and execute in-store experience elements - décor, sampling zones, visual merchandising, and promotional setups.·Ensure brand guidelines and hospitality standards are consistently maintained across all Factory locations.·Recruit, train, and manage on-ground promoters and hospitality staff; conduct regular sessions on product knowledge, grooming, and consumer interaction.·Supervise daily operations — hygiene, service quality, product display, sampling readiness, and consumer flow.·Conduct periodic audits and track operational metrics such as promoter performance, consumer satisfaction, and store compliance.·Manage stock coordination and logistical needs for on-ground activities.·Capture and report consumer feedback and insights for continuous improvement.Share post-event reports, feedback summaries, and recommendations with the marketing and operations teamsQUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTAcademicEducation: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in hospitality management, Event Management, Marketing, or Business Administration.Professional·3–5 years of experience in hospitality, retail experience management, or event/activation operations.·Proven track record of managing promoter teams, agencies, and vendors.·Exposure to consumer experience formats (QSRs, experiential stores, FMCG activations) preferred.Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and communication skillsFUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES·Agency & Vendor Management: Coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless brand experience execution.·Promoter Management & Training: Ability to recruit, train, and motivate large on-ground teams.·Consumer Experience Orientation: Deep understanding of hospitality, service, and delight creation.·Execution Excellence: Strong process discipline, attention to detail, and operational control.·Reporting & Feedback: Ability to translate on-ground learnings into actionable insights.·Problem Solving: Agility in managing live events, store-level issues, and consumer escalations.Important Note: Please read and understand the JD before applying.Max CTC for this position will be 8-10 LPAInterested Candidates can share your CV on - t.shrinidhi@Position is Based out of Harohalli on Kanakapura Road
