Title: Finance SpecialistExperience: 3-6 yearsJob Objective:To manage the organization’s financial operations effectively while ensuring full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. The role involves overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance, as well as coordinating with legal, regulatory, and banking partners to ensure smooth incorporation and operational readiness. The Finance Executive will play a key role in implementing internal controls, setting up accounting systems, and ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements for the new entity.Responsibilities include (but not limited to):Accounts Management• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.• Ensure timely reconciliation of bank statements and ledgers.Compliance & Audit• Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.Cost Control & Process Improvement• Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.• Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency.Stakeholder Coordination• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for financial matters.• Provide financial support for business decisions and projects.Financial Reporting & Analysis• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processesQualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CA Inter preferred). Experience: 3–6 years in finance or accounting roles.Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and financial modelling.Soft Skills: Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
