We cater to a diverse clientele with an expansive range of office desking furniture solutions, including workstations, executive cabins, hotel furniture, meeting and conference tables, boardroom furniture, training room tables, seating, cafeteria furniture, and specialized lab furniture for electronic, chemical, medical, and pharmaceutical labs.Roles and Responsibilities:1.Collaborate with engineers, architects, and clients to determine project specifications and requirements.2.Negotiate contracts with external vendors and subcontractors to reach profitable agreements.3.Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities for Interior construction activities.4.Determine required resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish, ensuring adherence to budgetary limitations.5.Plan all Interior construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to meet project deadlines.6.Acquire equipment and materials and monitor stocks to handle inadequacies in a timely manner.7.Hire contractors, subcontractors, and other staff as needed, and allocate responsibilities effectively.8.Supervise the work of site associates and subcontractors, providing guidance and support when necessary.9.Evaluate project progress regularly and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.10.
