Our culture emphasizes ownership, hands-on problem solving, and continuous learning in a fast-paced yet supportive environment.Role SummaryThe Sales & Marketing Executive – AssetPro will be responsible for generating leads, managing prospects, supporting the sales cycle, and executing basic marketing activities for AssetPro from the Guwahati office. The role requires a highly presentable, confident individual with strong communication skills who can interact with customers (both online and in person), understand their needs, and position AssetPro effectively.Roles and Responsibilities·Research and identify potential customers for AssetPro (e.g., ground handling companies, infrastructure and equipment-intensive businesses).·Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, referrals, and other channels.·Schedule and coordinate product demos and sales meetings between prospects and the senior sales / product team.·Deliver introductory presentations or basic demos of AssetPro to smaller prospects, once trained.·Maintain and update the lead / opportunity pipeline in CRM or tracking tools, ensuring clean and accurate data.·Prepare and share proposals, presentations, follow-up emails, and other sales collateral as guided by the senior team.·Support tender / RFP responses by coordinating information, documentation, and formatting.·Coordinate with the implementation and product teams to ensure smooth handover from sales to onboarding.·Assist in planning and executing marketing activities – email campaigns, WhatsApp outreach, social media posts, etc.·Work with internal teams or external agencies (if any) to create brochures, case studies, presentations, and other marketing content.·Collect and document customer feedback, objections, and recurring questions to refine messaging and positioning.·Represent AssetPro in a professional and presentable manner during client visits, events, and meetings.Must Haves / Required Skills·1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, business development, or marketing roles (SaaS / software / services preferred but not mandatory).·Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; ability to speak clearly and confidently with customers.·Highly presentable, professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills.·Comfortable making outbound calls, following up with prospects, and handling basic objections.·Good working knowledge of email tools, basic CRM or lead tracking tools (or willingness to learn quickly).·Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace – especially PowerPoint/Slides (presentations) and Excel/Sheets (basic analysis).·Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to follow through on tasks without constant supervision.·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders (sales, product, implementation).Good to Have / Preferred Skills·Prior experience in selling or marketing SaaS / software products or technology services.·Exposure to the aviation, logistics, infrastructure, or industrial equipment sectors.·Experience using LinkedIn and other digital channels for B2B lead generation.·Basic understanding of marketing concepts – positioning, targeting, campaigns, and funnels.·Experience working with design tools (Canva, basic PowerPoint design) to create visually appealing collateral.·Comfort with analysing simple sales / marketing metrics and suggesting improvements.Educational QualificationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any graduate degree with relevant sales/marketing experience. An MBA / PGDM in Marketing or related field will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
