Hiring: Investment Compliance Specialist | Charles River (CRD) | MIG to CRDWe’re looking for talented professionals to join our team for a key MIG to CRD (Charles River) initiative. This role requires strong expertise in Investment Compliance Rule Coding & Monitoring, with opportunities to work with international clients and cutting-edge compliance platforms.Location: Mumbai / Pune / ChennaiWork Model: Work From HomeShift: EMEABands & Experience:- B1: 3–6 years - B2: 6–12 yearsKey Responsibilities- Interpret prospectuses and regulatory investment guidelines across global geographies. - Code, test (Unit, UAT, smoke testing), and validate investment restrictions using Charles River IMS (CRD). - Perform pre-trade and post-trade portfolio validations using CRD Manager Workbench and Trade Blotter. - Build complex compliance calculation models for derivative exposures not available in standard CRD. - Conduct data visualization, validation, and analysis of securities, issuers, and workbench items not present in CRIMS. - Create and maintain compliance lists and code rules following standard procedures. - Review, test, and validate investment restrictions. - Manage import/export of data from testing to production environments. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project timelines. - Prepare dashboards, provide project progress updates, and identify bottlenecks. - Offer compliance advisory services to existing clients.✨ What We’re Looking For- Hands-on experience with Charles River (CRD) is strongly preferred. - Strong understanding of investment compliance, rules coding, and global regulatory guidelines. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Ability to work independently in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment.
