Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling and completing all New Product Development (NPD) trials in a timely manner. - Coordinate with production and SCM teams for commercialisation of NPDs. - Creating documents related to NPD and uploading BOMs in SAP. - Responsible for upkeep and smooth functioning of NPD labs. - Lead recipe development as per marketing brief - Coordinate with GRD and Regulatory teams. - Ensure material connectivity and flawless execution of industrial trials - Timely completion of trials as per plan. - Maintain R&D documentation like PDR recipes, Stability tests, decay study etc. - Update on PVM track and relevant locations on time. - BOM updates on SAP – Ensure timely availability of RM codes and SFG codes for NPDs. Accurate data with right scrap factors before launch. - Executing BOM budgeting exercise - Completion of budget exercise as per timelines. - Ownership of NPD labs - Ensure right equipment and man power allocation as per project priorities. Optimal utilisation with zero overtime.Function:- LRDQ / Process & TechnologyQualifications / Certifications:- Graduate in Food technology/Science, Chemical Technology or Dairy Technology. - Postgraduate in Food Technology.Knowledge- Product development in confectionery and allied industry. - Worked with flavours applications. - Application of SAP, Fluent with Power point and MS Excel.Experience- 3-5 years in product development/ R&D or process development roles, preferably in FMCG Industry.Location: Rudrapur, Uttrakhand
