The Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing key functional areas within the Management Consultancy division, including:Business & Financial Advisory:Driving financial assessments, developing business strategies, preparing feasibility studies, and providing advisory support to enhance client performance and profitability.Process Optimization & Operational Efficiency:Analyzing existing business processes, identifying gaps, recommending improvements, and implementing best practices to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):Preparing financial models, conducting variance analysis, monitoring cash flows, and presenting insights through comprehensive management reports to support decision-making.Client Management & Stakeholder Coordination:Engaging with clients to understand their business needs, ensuring timely delivery of consultancy services, and coordinating with cross-functional teams, financial institutions, and auditors when required.Regulatory & Compliance Support:Advising clients on regulatory requirements, supporting compliance processes, and ensuring adherence to statutory norms as part of business consulting engagements.Strategic Planning & Business Transformation:Supporting clients in formulating strategic plans, evaluating growth opportunities, driving transformation initiatives, and contributing to long-term organizational development.Project Management & Reporting:Leading multiple client projects, ensuring timely execution, preparing progress reports, and presenting key findings and recommendations to leadership and clients.QualificationsChartered Accountant with 0 - 2 years of experience in an Audit Firm or Industry.In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and corporate compliance.Experience in handling bills receivable and payable.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.Candidate with immediate joining or a shorter notice period is preferred.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.Open to working at client locations for short durations when necessary.If you are a dynamic professional looking for a challenging and rewarding career, we encourage you to apply!
