Verify purchase invoices with purchase orders, GRNs, and supporting documents. Ensure proper accounting of GST/TDS as applicable on purchases. Maintain vendor-wise purchase records and assist in vendor ledger reconciliation. Sales Accounting Record sales invoices and credit/debit notes in the accounting system. Ensure accuracy of pricing, taxes, and customer details in sales entries. Maintain customer-wise sales records and assist in customer ledger reconciliation. Track pending invoices and support follow-up for outstanding receivables. General Accounting Support Maintain proper documentation for all purchase and sales transactions. Assist in monthly closing activities related to purchase and sales accounts. Support preparation of basic reports related to purchases and sales. Coordinate with stores, sales, and purchase teams for data verification. Ensure compliance with internal processes and statutory requirements.
