The ideal candidate brings strong fundamentals, hands-on execution capability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.Role Overview:You will be part of truly multi-disciplinary team, sharing knowledge on materials, mechanical designs, electronics, aerodynamics and aero-engines, human physiology, aviation medicine, firmware, software and AI. As part of the team, you may also have the opportunity to visit restricted military / civil aerospace installations and interact with operators in the field and may have the privilege of interacting with decorated soldiers and officers of the Indian armed forces.Your primary focus would be to contribute to developing a field deployable Aviation simulation platform, combining realistic cockpit like structures, precise motion on 6-DOF motion platforms and multi-axis rotations subjected to high-velocity centrifugal motion, intended for pilot training and operational readiness exercises.If you have a passion for simulation technology, physics-based systems, and aviation training and patriotism to contribute to Bharat’s Aatmanirbharata, this is the perfect role for you!Qualifications & Skills:Must-Have- Proficiency in FEA software (Comsol, Ansys, or similar) - Experience in structural analysis of large, welded structures and bolted joint analysis - Proven experience in building fully functional field prototypesGood to Have- Experience with Multi-Body Dynamics (MBD) or Flex Body Dynamics - Experience setting up or managing a mechatronics workshop/laboratory - End-to-end ownership: concept → design → production → product launch - Familiarity with global and Indian manufacturing ecosystems and supply chains - Ability to quickly learn and advise on certification and compliance plansTeam & Project Collaboration- Experience working in a start-up or agile development environment - Strong multidisciplinary approach to engineering problem solving - Ability to foster camaraderie and mutual respect within a diverse team - Role is on-site from our Hyderabad / Bengaluru offices and may need up-to 25% travel
