Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities1. Surveillance & Monitoring- Oversee and monitor CCTV operations across all showrooms and key locations. - Ensure timely review of CCTV footage for any incidents, abnormalities, or compliance checks. - Coordinate with the IT/Technical team to ensure all surveillance equipment is functional and maintained.2. Security Force & Vendor Management- Lead, guide, and supervise the deployed security personnel across all showrooms. - Work closely with the Security Agency to ensure service expectations, manpower deployment, and performance standards are met. - Plan duty rosters, shift allocations, and deployment based on operational requirements. - Conduct regular briefings, training sessions, and performance evaluations for both in-house and vendor security staff. - Ensure that security protocols, SOPs, and showroom-level procedures are strictly followed.3. Incident Management- Respond promptly to security-related incidents, emergencies, or escalations. - Conduct preliminary investigations and submit detailed incident reports to Management. - Implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.4. Government Liaison & Compliance- Coordinate and maintain effective relationships with local police, fire department, and other government authorities. - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to showroom safety and security. - Facilitate inspections, audits, and statutory procedures as required.5. Risk Assessment & Preventive Measures- Conduct regular security audits of showrooms, warehouses, and other premises. - Identify potential risks and recommend measures to strengthen security systems. - Periodically update and enforce emergency response plans.6. Asset & Access Control- Oversee access control protocols for employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors. - Ensure safeguarding of company assets, including jewellery, cash, and critical equipment. - Monitor movement of materials in and out of showrooms as per SOP.Preferred Profile:Prior experience with reputed security agencies (police, military, paramilitary, or private security services).Minimum 20 years of experience in security management, preferably in retail, jewellery, or high-value asset environments.Strong leadership, communication, and crisis-handling skills.Familiarity with CCTV systems, access control technologies, and security auditing practices.Ability to coordinate confidently with government authorities and external agencies.Physically fit with high levels of integrity, vigilance, and discipline.
