Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Revenue Strategy & Optimization- Develop and implement cluster-wide revenue strategies aligned with market demand and brand positioning. - Drive optimal pricing decisions for rooms, packages, and promotions across all hotels. - Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to maximize RevPAR and market share. - Lead daily/weekly revenue meetings for all hotels under the cluster.2. Forecasting & Budgeting- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual revenue forecasts for the cluster. - Provide hotel GMs and corporate office with performance projections and variance analysis. - Support annual budgeting exercises with data-driven demand and revenue insights.3. Inventory & Channel Management- Oversee inventory allocation and rate parity across all online and offline channels. - Ensure seamless connectivity with OTAs, GDS, , and other distribution partners. - Coordinate with Sales & Reservations teams to ensure appropriate inventory controls.4. Market & Data Analytics- Analyze pickup trends, pace reports, segmentation performance, and displacement analysis. - Conduct competitive benchmarking using STR and other market intelligence tools. - Recommend tactical actions for compression days, low-demand periods, and events.5. Pricing & Distribution Governance- Develop cluster-level pricing architecture and maintain rate integrity. - Ensure adherence to BAR structures, negotiated rate strategies, and LOS restrictions. - Monitor rate parity across OTAs and resolve discrepancies promptly.6. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement- Work closely with Cluster GMs, Sales, Marketing, Digital, Reservations, and Operations teams. - Guide the property-level revenue team, ensuring alignment on strategies and execution. - Train front office and reservations staff on upselling, rate codes, and system usage.7. Performance Monitoring & Reporting- Track all revenue KPIs including RevPAR, ADR, Occupancy, RGI, MPI, and ARI. - Provide daily/weekly performance reports to the corporate office and hotel leadership. - Highlight risks, opportunities, and tactical recommendations.
