Job descriptionJob Description Logistics ManagerLocation: Pan India (Extensive Travel Required)Industry: Logistics / Supply Chain / WarehousingExperience: 510 years in Logistics, Hub Operations & WarehousingQualification: Any Graduate (MBA / Supply Chain preferred)CTC - max 12 LPAKey Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee hub operations across multiple locations in India, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound logistics. - Monitor and control warehouse operations, including inventory management, dispatch planning, and stock accuracy. - Lead hub maintenance activities, ensuring timely repair, upkeep of infrastructure, vehicles, and material handling equipment. - Conduct regular site visits across hubs PAN India to assess performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions. - Coordinate with transporters, vendors, warehouse teams, and cross-functional departments for seamless logistics flow. - Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety guidelines, and statutory compliances across all hub and warehouse locations. - Optimize processes for cost efficiency, productivity improvement, and timely delivery performance. - Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on logistics, hub operations, and KPI performance. - Handle team supervision, training, and performance monitoring of field logistics and warehouse staff.Key Skills Required:- Strong expertise in hub management, last-mile logistics, and warehouse operations - Knowledge of hub infrastructure, equipment maintenance, and operational workflows - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills - Ability to travel extensively across India (up to 1520 days per month) - Hands-on experience in logistics software, WMS, and MS Office - Ability to handle high-pressure operational environments and large workforce teams
