JOB DESCRIPTION – PROJECT MANAGER (BUILDER PROJECTS)Company: Confidential Client – Smart Home & Digital Lock Solutions Location: Ahmedabad HQ (Pan-India Travel) Role Type: Full-Time Department: Project Acquisition + Project Execution Experience Required: 3–6 years (MANDATORY: Builder / Architect / PMC project handling)Role OverviewThe Client is looking for a Project-Focused Professional, not a B2C salesperson or dealer development executive. This role requires solid experience in handling builder projects and the ability to acquire and execute Smart Home & Digital Lock projects across India.Core Objective → Acquire builder projects & execute them end-to-end smoothly.Mandatory ExperienceThe ideal candidate must have worked directly with:Builders & Developers Architects & Interior Designers PMC Teams Large Residential / Commercial ProjectsHands-on experience required in:Project site visits BOQ preparation & technical discussions Solution presentations to builders Closing project deals Coordinating installations with technical teams Managing milestone-based payments Delivering projects within committed timelinesPreferred Industry Background:Home Automation Lighting / Electrical Contracting CCTV, Security Systems, Access Control Premium Building Materials IoT / Consumer Electronics Modular Switches / PanelsKey ResponsibilitiesIdentify residential & commercial projects across assigned target cities Meet builders, architects & developers; present company solutions Prepare BOQs & proposals and negotiate closures Conduct site surveys and coordinate with internal design / technical teams Ensure seamless execution and timely installations Follow up and manage milestone-based payments Build and maintain strong long-term builder relationships Maintain project pipeline, MIS reports & weekly updates Handle multi-site and multi-city project coordinationSkills & CompetenciesStrong builder relationship management skills Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation capabilities Technical understanding of automation / electrical systems preferred Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Willingness for extensive Pan-India travel Strong problem-solving and time-management skillsCompensation & BenefitsAttractive salary package (based on experience) Lucrative incentive structure (project-based + quarterly performance incentives) Travel allowances + Mobile allowance High-growth opportunity with a fast-scaling pan-India brand High-visibility role with leadership interactionWhy Join This Opportunity?The Company is onboarding 10,000+ apartments across India and expanding rapidly.
