Your contributions will play a crucial role in fostering robust connections with clients and partners worldwide.Website - Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Development- Formulate and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets within the semiconductor industry. - Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust the sales approach accordingly.Client Relationship Management- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in semiconductor manufacturing companies. - Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions through effective communication and collaboration.Product Knowledge- Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's capital equipment and consumables for the semiconductor industry. - Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor products to effectively position our offerings.Sales Presentations- Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions. - Address technical queries and concerns, ensuring a thorough understanding of the value proposition.Proposal Development- Collaborate with the technical and engineering teams to develop customized proposals that meet client specifications and requirements. - Ensure proposals align with the company's pricing and profitability guidelines.Negotiation and Closing- Lead negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. - Drive the closing process, managing contracts, and ensuring a smooth transition to the implementation phase.Sales Reporting and Forecasting- Provide regular and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the senior management team. - Utilize CRM tools to maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and sales activities.Team Collaboration- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Provide input to product development based on customer feedback and market trends.Ways to stand out from the crowd:- Master’s in Business Administration or related field. - Experience with Salesforce and its vast array of services like leads, opportunities, campaigns, polices, rules, etc. - Deep knowledge on fabrication and packaging process of semiconductors like photolithography, etching, oxidation, packaging & assembly etc. - Knowledge on battery technology and battery management technologies. - Successful business development experiences with your initiatives.What you'll get:- Base salary + generous commission structure - Employee Recognitions - Opportunity to experience equipment hands-on with OEMs at their laboratories on-site.
