We partner with businesses, consultants, and global networks to help clients scale across borders while meeting complex regulatory requirements.Role OverviewWe are looking for an Assistant Manager – Partnerships & Alliances to expand our partner network and drive revenue through strategic tie-ups. The role involves cold calling, outreach emails, relationship building, and lead conversion with Chartered Accountants, law firms, software companies, and business consultants in India and overseas.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation- Identify and reach out to potential partners in CA firms, law practices, software companies, and consulting firms. - Initiate cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to open partnership discussions. - Qualify leads and schedule meetings for deeper engagement.Partnership Building- Develop and maintain relationships with partners to generate referrals and joint service opportunities. - Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements. - Collaborate with partners on co-branded campaigns, webinars, and events.Revenue Generation- Drive partner-sourced leads for services in NBFC/SEBI/IRDA regulation, fintech compliance, and global registration. - Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets from partner channels.Market Intelligence- Track competitor activity and emerging trends in the regulatory consulting space. - Share insights with marketing and leadership teams for new opportunity identification.Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor’s/master's degree in business, Law, or Finance (MBA preferred). - 2–5 years’ experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales. - Strong communication skills and confidence in cold calling & corporate outreach. - Understanding of regulatory services, NBFC/SEBI/IRDA licensing, or international company formation is a plus. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-based culture.Compensation & Benefits- Base Salary: Best in industry - Performance Incentives: Up to 20% of base pay, linked to partnership-sourced revenue. - Perks: - Flexible work environment - Opportunity to work on global expansion projects - Fast-track growth path into Manager – Partnerships roleWhy Join Us- Directly contribute to revenue growth through partnerships in high-demand legal & regulatory domains. - Opportunity to work in global markets alongside top-tier partners. - Be part of a high-energy, results-driven team in a rapidly scaling company.
