The Teacher Facilitator will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lesson plans aligned with the Cambridge Primary Years curriculum, ensuring an enriched and inclusive learning environment. Responsibilities also include assessing students’ progress, collaborating with peers, and fostering a supportive classroom culture that encourages innovation, critical thinking, and creativity.Qualifications- Expertise in Lesson Planning and curriculum design, utilizing innovative and effective teaching methods - Strong foundation in Education and Teaching practices, particularly with the Cambridge Primary Years curriculum - Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and fellow educators - Patience, adaptability, and dedication to addressing the unique needs and abilities of individual learners - Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; a teaching certification is preferred - Previous experience in primary education, with familiarity in inquiry-based and student-centered teaching methodologies specially IB & IGCSE
