Proficiency inCadence Virtuoso Schematic & Layout editors. Solid understanding ofMOS device operation.Role & Responsibilities Design analog/mixed-signal circuits to meet target specifications. Perform layout of designed circuits and analyze parasitic effects. Conduct hardware measurements and analyze silicon results. Evaluate impact of device characteristics on circuit-level behavior. Identify and optimize critical parameters for system-level performance.
