Company: Golden Crest HomesLocation: Panipat — Full-Time Onsite RoleReporting to: Founder / Project HeadTeam: Oversees Site SupervisorRole OverviewGolden Crest Homes is hiring a full-time, onsite Site Manager in Panipat.The ideal candidate is technically strong, operations-driven, and capable of managing the entire lifecycle of construction and interior projects.This person will lead the Site Supervisor, oversee day-to-day execution, manage procurement, and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.Key Responsibilities 1. Onsite Site Management- Daily physical presence at the Panipat project site is mandatory. - Supervise the Site Supervisor and ensure smooth on-ground execution. - Ensure construction/interior work follows drawings, timelines, and quality standards. - Coordinate between contractors, vendors, labour teams, and the founder.2. Technical Expertise- Ability to read and interpret architectural, construction, and interior drawings. - Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp. - Assist with layout checks, measurements, and technical clarifications on site.3. Procurement & Vendor Coordination- Handle procurement of all materials required on site. - Maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery. - Track material usage, inventory, and vendor payments. - Act as the single point of contact for procurement + operations.4. Communication & Reporting- Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Provide daily updates to the founder/project head. - Coordinate with contractors and suppliers professionally and efficiently.Requirements- 3–7 years experience in construction/interior site management. - Proficiency in AutoCAD & SketchUp (non-negotiable). - Strong understanding of materials, finishes, labour workflows. - Experience handling procurement and vendor relationships. - Highly organised, reliable, and able to manage projects independently. - Must be willing to work full-time onsite in Panipat.
