The team focuses on helping learners gain clarity, confidence, and industry-relevant skills through expert-led programs and mentorship.Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated Community Builder Intern to support and engage our online community and assist in day-to-day community activities. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, has a target-driven attitude, and wants to learn the fundamentals of community in the education and coaching sector.Key Responsibilities- Manage and engage with members on several social media platforms. - Share updates, answer basic queries, and maintain a positive environment. - Assist in planning community activities and events. - Track engagement and prepare simple weekly reports. - Coordinate with internal teams for community-related tasks.Skills & Qualifications- Fluency in English language - Friendly, proactive, and comfortable interacting with people. - Basic understanding of social/community platforms. - Microsoft office - Ability to work independently in a remote setup. - Self-driven mindset with willingness to learnWhat You Will Learn- Hands-on community management experience. - Exposure to events and engagement strategies. - Closing techniques and student counselling - Exposure to the EdTech and coaching industry - Working with a dynamic, student-focused teamStipend & Duration• Stipend: Based on candidature• Duration: 3 months• Certificate at the end of the Internship
