Coordinate with CL’s and faculties at campus. - To be the main POC and communication link for all events and programs organized for students related to team career services activities. - To handle student counselling and query solving on a day-to-day basis at campus. - To have knowledge and full understanding about the course curriculum of all schools under UPES (Law/Engineering/Business/ /Design/Health Sciences/Media) students. - Coordinating and organizing placement processes, seminars, master classes or any career services activity and events. - Business development support to Corporate Relations team and providing valid leads and fixing meetings. - Act as liaison between recruiter, students, and team managers. - Communicating with external stakeholders through calling, emailing, facilitating meetings, and reporting to reporting managers. - Awareness about higher education options and incubation center wherever present in the campus. - Any other responsibility and task as assigned.Key Competencies- This role primarily focuses on facilitating student internships and placements by collaborating with law firms and companies. - Key responsibilities involve student guidance, working with faculty, and engaging with various stakeholders. - The main goal is to ensure the seamless execution of career services activities across campuses and schools. - Key skills required include new business development, effective communication, team coordination, curriculum knowledge, understanding client needs and job vacancies, market awareness, problem-solving abilities, and providing student counseling and addressing placement-related queries. - The ideal candidate should be proactive, self-motivated, market-savvy, and well-versed in industry roles.
