Designation- Treasury Lead Analyst Company - US MNC,Location - Navi MumbaiThe Position “Treasury Lead Analyst” reports to the Finance Director.Key Responsibilities: Cash Management: Weekly, monthly and annualforecasting& reporting of globalcash balances Partnering with country treasury leads and finance heads to analyze their forecasting and drive improvements to increase accuracy of reports to management Leadcash flow forecastingthat is reporting to executive management on a fortnightly basis Lead thecash repatriation processfrom the global subsidiaries to the headquarters in the USA Change Management: Maximize the use from theTrovata platform (Treasury Management System ), including machine learning forecasting and reporting dashboard creation Enhance and re-visitcash forecasting reportsfor better visibility to drive data-driven decision making by the management People Management Manage 1 direct report ( Treasury Associate ) and be responsible for his/her career growthAccounting Manager Requirements: Chartered Accountantwith 4-5 years of post-qualification experience Experience in working with a MNC incash management / treasuryfunction Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines, with strong organization and priority setting skills. Understanding of financial data analysis and reporting. Advanced computer skills, specificallyExcel and PowerPoint .The Person: The successful candidate must bring a high level ofethical and intellectualvalues. Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively with all levels in the organization. Communication as a critical skill. Needs to be able to effectively communicate across multiple markets and levels of the organization in English.
