We’re looking for a Social Media Associate who brings immense energy, curiosity, and a sharp instinct for trends. Someone who lives and breathes digital culture, spots and knows how to translate that into fresh, engaging content for women’s health. The job is onsite in Gurgaon.You will be the pulse-keeper of Gytree’s online presence including shaping narratives, experimenting with new formats, and building conversations that feel authentic, relevant, and community-first.This role is for someone who treats social media like their own startup : proactive, fast-moving, resourceful, and deeply invested in outcomes. You will drive daily content, reels, creator collaborations, engagement strategies, and platform growth with agility and ownership. If you have a builder’s mindset, love storytelling, and want to help scale a women’s health brand that’s defining a new category in India, we’d love to have you on the team.What you need to have- Proficient in English both spoken and written - Proficient in social media management tools (Canva, Streamyard, MS Office etc) - Strong writing, video editing, and storytelling skills. - Influencer and creator outreach - Platform fluency (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) - Experience in live coverage and video production. - Excellent multitasking skills - Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments - Content writing - Good leadership & team skills - Critical thinker and problem-solving skills - Willingness to do videos on social mediaThe job is onsite in Gurgaon, do not apply if you cannot travel to office daily.
