This exciting position is designed for an individual that is very customer focused, self-motivated, and has a passion to solve travel issues in an efficient manner.The applicant will be accountable for business travel operations especially for NORAM region and C-Suite travel, driving relationships with key internal stakeholders and business units and maintaining alignment with regional & global goals.Roles & Responsibilities:Core Responsibilities:- Responsible for coordinating all aspects of business travel arrangements and closely work with associates, TMC, airlines, hotels, etc for smooth and efficient travel logistics while maintaining adherence to travel policies and budgets. - Suggest business travel initiatives and savings opportunities by analyzing travel trends and traveler behavior - Drive Policy compliance, operational efficiencies and digitization. Assist associates on policy guidelines - Leverage expertise and tools from travel related vendors to operationalize the program - Track TMC performance, handling service level expectations. Meet overall monitoring goals and SLA metrics. - Overseeing business travel policy compliance - Provide operational support during emergency situations - Experience in handling Disaster Management will be an added advantage. - Work with global colleagues to create a strong diverse culture - Serve as the central point of contact for trouble shooting queries from individuals, arrangers or the wider administrative community e.g. Stores, DC. Act as a system administrator. - Produce regular reporting. - In collaboration with tools, assist in group bookings, Disaster Management, Senior Management travel, etc. - Provide navigational support for the online booking tool or internal global travel site. - Bridge between TMC and Lowe’s associates. Will be responsible for daily coordination for internal queries / support of Lowe’s associates.
