About the RoleResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role- Configure and manage Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) data sources, including Real-Time Customer Profiles (RTCP), XDM schemas, and datasets. - Design and implement segmentation and personalization strategies for targeted customer experiences. - Deploy, configure, and optimize all Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) features and capabilities. - Create and manage real-time offers and event-driven customer journeys across multiple channels using AJO. - Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions. - Work with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, journeys, and offers with customization. - Contribute to solution design, ensuring standardization, reusability, and innovative approaches. - Build and optimize multi-channel journeys, including event-driven, real-time, and scheduled workflows. - Manage database structures, create or extend profile tables, and import external data as needed. - Develop audience segmentation based on profiles and events for personalized messaging and activations. - Design recurring, nurture, and cross-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, social). - Implement cross-channel integrations and configure AJO installations using JavaScript and API (SOAP). - Create subscription/unsubscription and survey web pages. - Configure and develop complex reports based on client requirements.Qualifications- Bachelor's degree - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Strong communication and presentation skills - Ability to work in a high-paced environment and manage multiple projectsRequired Skills- Proficient in SQL Server or similar - HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript - Skilled in troubleshooting offers and email deliveries using PQL and HTML - Hands-on experience in making and managing REST API calls - Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including XDM, RTCP, and data ingestion - Practical experience integrating Adobe Experience Cloud products with upstream and downstream systems using AEP/AJO - Extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), including campaign setup and workflow development - Familiarity with other campaign tools such as Adobe Campaign, Marketo, SFMC, and UNICA - Experience with Adobe products like Target, Analytics, and AEMPreferred Skills- AJO and AEP certifications preferred
