Drive process improvements and mentor a high-performing team.Key Responsibilities:✔ Manage Custody, NAV, Cash & Position reconciliations✔ Lead handling experience on papers is a must and handle client escalations.✔ Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and ensure regulatory compliance✔ Drive automation and process improvement initiatives✔ Prepare MIS reports and support auditsRequired Skills:✅ Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics✅ Strong understanding of financial instruments & fund accounting✅ Excellent leadership & stakeholder management skills✅ Proficiency in MS Excel & reconciliation tools2️⃣ Senior Analyst (Experience 2+ years)Role Overview:Execute custody reconciliation processes, investigate breaks, and ensure accuracy of client asset records.
