Designation : Sr. Executive - DispatchDepartment : LogisticLocation : Vadodara (Karachiya, Savli)Country : IndiaJob Description / Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate the dispatch of export shipments in alignment with production schedules. - Prepare and verify export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and Bills of Lading. - Liaise with Customs House Agents (CHA), freight forwarders, and shipping lines to ensure timely movement of goods. - Ensure compliance with EXIM policies, INCOTERMS, international trade regulations, and destination country requirements. - Manage documentation for both pre-shipment and post-shipment processes such as Letters of Credit (LC), Certificates of Origin, and insurance policies. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of export incentives (e.g., RoDTEP, Advance License, EPCG, etc.). - Monitor and control export logistics costs to drive cost efficiencies. - Handle container booking, stuffing, and dispatch in accordance with the agreed timelines. - Track shipments, maintain dispatch records, and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
