Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and creative Fresher Urban Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of urban design principles, sustainable development, and spatial design. This role involves working on master planning, transportation, land use planning, and urban redevelopment projects.Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of urban design strategies, master plans, and zoning regulations. Conduct site analysis, research, and feasibility studies for urban development projects. Support in GIS mapping, spatial analysis, and data visualization. Work on 3D modeling, conceptual drawings, and presentation materials using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and government agencies on urban planning initiatives. Assist in the preparation of reports, policy recommendations, and project proposals. Participate in stakeholder meetings, public consultations, and urban policy discussions. Stay updated with global trends in smart cities, sustainable urban design, and transit-oriented development.Required Skills & Qualifications: Master’s degree in urban design, Urban Planning, or related field from a recognized institution. Minimum 2 years of experience in urban design Proficiency in GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS), AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of urban planning principles, land-use regulations, and environmental sustainability. Excellent spatial analysis, research, and report-writing skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment. Strong communication and presentation skills. Interest in smart cities, mobility planning, and community engagement.Preferred Qualifications: Internship experience in urban planning, municipal projects, or real estate development.
