Embrace E.A.R.T.H. values, celebrate uniqueness, and drive swift career growth with Pinnaclites!Position Name: BIM ModelerYears of Experience: 2-7 YearsLocation- Jaipur, RajasthanQualification- B.Tech (Civil)Key Responsibilities:- Develop, manage, and update Revit models throughout project lifecycle stages, ensuring accuracy and adherence to BIM standards. - Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultant models to ensure seamless interdisciplinary integration. - Lead or support the implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and enforce project-specific BIM protocols. - Perform regular model audits, quality control checks, and clash detection using tools like Navisworks, BIM 360. - Maintain and manage project-specific Revit content, families, templates, and shared parameters. - Ensure adherence to industry standards, LOD requirements, and client-specific BIM guidelines. - Generate BIM-based documentation, schedules, and quantities to support project planning and execution. - Collaborate with project coordinators, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues and maintain model integrity. - Assist in setting up models for construction sequencing, quantity take-offs, and facility management integration as required.Requirements:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil. - 2+ years of hands-on experience in Revit-based BIM modelling and coordination. - Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and at least one CDE platform (e.g., BIM 360, Trimble Connect, ACC). - Knowledge of BIM standards and compliance processes. - Familiarity with project delivery phases and coordination workflows. - Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications:- Autodesk Certified Professional – Revit or similar certifications. - Experience in working on large-scale or multi-disciplinary projects. - Knowledge of automation tools such as Dynamo or Grasshopper is an advantage.How to Apply:Interested candidates who are open to relocate to Jaipur can share their updated resume at:avanis@
