As a creative, innovative and highly data oriented product team, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager for our Post Order team who excels in fast-paced organizations , handles ambiguity well and is eager to make a dent in the universe of Nykaa Post Order.What you will do:Define the Product Roadmap- Own and drive the roadmap for a critical area of our Post order vertical - Define clear success metrics and translate strategy into actionable product requirements.Champion the Customer- Serve as the voice of the customer across the org. Deeply understand customers and their pain points and ensure solutions solve real problems.Be Data-Driven- Independently analyze data to extract insights that shape prioritization and decision-making - Conduct market and competitive research to stay ahead of industry trends.Drive Cross-functional Alignment- Partner closely with stakeholders across business, design, and engineering - Lead through influence — communicate clearly and crisply to rally teams around the product vision and make tough trade-offsExecute Relentlessly- Write PRDs, conduct user acceptance testing, and drive product launches - Ensure quality and speed by being hands-on at every stage of the product lifecycleWhat qualities are we looking for?- Total experience of more than 6+ years - 4+ years of product management experience in B2C digital products, preferably e-commerce. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in A/B testing and data-driven decision making. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — ability to align diverse viewpoints and drive towards outcomes - Customer-obsessed mindset — passionate about solving real problems with measurable impact - Hands-on execution — comfortable working closely with engineers and designers - Must be an innovative, strategic thinker and must be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with changing priorities - MBA or Master’s Degree from a top business school or an engineering degree from a top institution - Plus: Prior experience in scaling and improving post order experience for customers.
