To achieve this, we are looking for the right people to join us and create a lasting impact not just within our company but on the communities that we serve; people who identify with our Core Values and are as passionate about our Mission as we are.Base location: MumbaiTravel: 40% travel, more extensive initiallyWhat you become a part of:The successful candidate will be responsible for running the loyalty program end-to-end across all shops, driving customer engagement, improving shop-level performance, and ensuring strong P&L outcomes across SHL’s network of wholesale depots and retail stores in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Angola.What to expect:Loyalty Program Management & Execution –- Drive loyalty and customer engagement programs across all shops in collaboration with business/zonal/shop operations managers. - Monitor customer enrollment, participation, and redemption patterns; identify opportunities to improve engagement and repeat visits. - Partner with marketing and shop operations teams to ensure in-store adoption and consistency. - Regularly assess program effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on data insights.Shop P&L Ownership & Commercial Direction –- Review shop P&L performance using data-driven insights to track revenue, cost lines, profitability, and ROI of initiatives. - Analyze key commercial metrics—sales mix, pricing, discounts, promotions, inventory levels, and productivity. - Provide clear commercial direction to business/zonal/shop operations managers based on P&L insights, performance trends, and growth opportunities.Retail Analytics & Performance Insights –- Build and maintain dashboards to track shop KPIs: sales, conversion, inventory turnover, loyalty engagement, category performance, and customer insights. - Conduct deep-dive analysis (SKU-level, store clusters, regional trends) to guide decision making. - Translate data into practical action plans for shop teams to improve performance. - Use analytics to recommend flash promotions, stock movement strategies, reorder quantities, and visual merchandising priorities. - Develop monthly performance reviews covering sell-through, stock health, profitability, and business risks.Multi-Store Operations Management –- Support the shop operations team in driving consistent execution across stores. - Standardize SOPs and ensure adherence across all shop formats and geographies. - Work closely with shop managers to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and in-store execution. - Support training and coaching of shop teams on loyalty processes, reporting, and performance improvement tools. - Ensure alignment between operations, supply chain, marketing, and finance for seamless execution.Essential qualifications & experience:- Any graduate; B.Sc./ B.
