Role Overview The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales ofSolar PV Modulesin the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) segment across the Madhya Pradesh region. The role involves new customer acquisition, channel development, key account management, and achieving sales targets while ensuring strong market presence.Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development & Sales Identify, develop, and close business opportunities forSolar PV Modulesin the C&I market. Generate leads through EPCs, developers, industrial clients, distributors, and institutional buyers. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.2. Market & Customer Management Build strong relationships with EPC partners, solar developers, industrial customers, and distributors. Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and customer database.3. Technical & Product Knowledge Understand module specifications: Mono/Poly, Mono PERC, Half-cut, Bifacial, TOPCon, etc. Coordinate with the technical team for product sizing, certifications, quality queries, and after-sales support.4. Commercial Activities Prepare proposals, quotations, and techno-commercial offers. Support customers in documentation, order booking, delivery planning, and payment collection. Monitor pricing competition, market trends, and competitor activities.5. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and operations for dispatch planning. Provide weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence. Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, and industry networking events.
