Scope of Work: Market Expansion : Identify, penetrate, and establish new market territories within India to accelerate business growth and secure a larger market share. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) : Develop and maintain strong, high-value customer relationships through customer visits, consistent engagement, and effective relationship management In-Depth Market Intelligence : Conduct and report comprehensive market analysis, focusing on collecting and synthesizing data related to market trends, price movements, competitor activities, and direct customer feedback Cross-Functional Operations & Service Coordination : Serve as the primary liaison by coordinating seamlessly with Customer Service and Logistics teams to ensure efficient order management, timely shipment coordination, complete order fulfillment, proactive problem resolution, and exceptional after-sales support.Qualifications: Bachelor or Master in major Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Economics, or related fields. At least 5 years in regional sales & marketing experience. Experience in Packaging or Packaging Paper Business is advantage. Demonstrated proficiency in export–import procedures, Incoterms documentation, and trade finance instruments. Fluent in Business English Able to work hybrid mode at Gurugram, India
