Position: Marketing Activation Executive / ManagerDepartment: Marketing / Brand / CommunicationsReporting To: [Marketing Manager / Head – Marketing]Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and execute on-ground and digital marketing activation campaigns aligned with brand and business goals - Conceptualize and manage BTL / ATL / TTL activations, including events, mall activations, site activations, roadshows and corporate engagements - Coordinate with internal teams (sales, CRM, branding, procurement) and external partners (agencies, vendors, printers, performers) - Oversee end-to-end execution of marketing activities — from planning to implementation and reporting - Track campaign performance and share activation reports and recommendations - Manage budgets, POs, and vendor negotiations to ensure cost-effective execution - Ensure all brand communication follows brand guidelines - Support product launches, festive campaigns, and community initiativesSkills & Competencies- Strong project management and execution skills - Excellent coordination and vendor management abilities - Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentQualification & Experience- Graduate / MBA in Marketing preferred - 3–7 years of relevant experience in marketing activations / events / brand promotions - Experience in real estate / Consumer Durables / Banking will be an added advantage.KPIs- Successful execution of planned activations - Timely delivery and budget adherence - Quality of brand visibility and engagement - Stakeholder and vendor satisfactionShare your resume at Kanika.bhambri@
