Preferably, you also have a strong understanding of the business.Roles and Responsibilities- Design, develop, and optimize AI prompts and agent behaviors to deliver new features andimprove existing functionalities in our document viewing solutions.- Analyze existing agent behaviors and systematically engineer improvements to enhanceresponse accuracy, contextual appropriateness, and user satisfaction.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and deploy new promptand agent capabilities aligned with emerging business needs and technological opportunities.- Document prompt and agent architectures and maintain up-to-date records for knowledge-sharing and future scalability.- Ensure the delivery of seamless, intuitive, and consistent user experience within browser-based Doc viewer tools by proactively identifying and resolving UI/UX bottlenecks.- Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance for new features and improvements toprevent regressions and maintain performance benchmarks.- Maintain the end-to-end deployment lifecycle for AI-powered document applications, includingthe development, integration, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.- Coordinate with DevOps and engineering teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, andsecurity of deployment processes across diverse global environments.- Lead the integration of updates from the latest ChatGPT and related conversational AIreleases, ensuring seamless compatibility within the application ecosystem.- Validate and benchmark model performance post-integration, proactively addressing anydiscrepancies or degradations in user experience.- Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, configuration changes, andupdate logs for compliance and audit purposes.Qualification and Experience- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, specialized in AI/ML with 5+years of experience in Generative AI/Prompt engineering- Proficient in Python, with a proven track record of delivering production-ready solutions. - Hands-on experience with Dash, LangChain, Agno (or similar agent frameworks), andbrowser-based application development.- Demonstrated experience with Azure Open AI, Azure AI Search, and Azure AI Foundry,including deployment and scaling of AI services.- Strong understanding of DevOps principles, including CI/CD pipeline creation, automation,and monitoring in cloud-based environments.- Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of complex deliverables within adistributed, multicultural team.- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., design, product, QA) totranslate requirements into actionable technical solutions.- History of maintaining and evolving user-facing browser applications, especially documentviewers or similar tools.Personality requirement:Ability to adapt to new working environments and technologies is crucial, as are your outstandingwritten and verbal communication skills.
