You won't just sell adspace; you'll be partnering with leading brands and disruptors in the Travel, Retail, and Startupecosystems.This role demands a 360-degree sales approach, where you will craft and sell integrated, end-to-endmedia solutions from Digital, OTT, and Print to Influencer campaigns and Experiential Marketing. So ifyou thrive on aggressive new business hunting, initiating high-value deals, and being the strategiclink between a brand's vision and its market impact, this is your platform!How You'll Make an ImpactDrive individual sales performance and revenue growth across the target verticals.Actively engage in prospecting, cold calls, telesales, and networking to identify and secure newbusiness opportunities consistently.Strategically sell ’s full suite of integrated media solutions, tailoring proposals thatencompass performance marketing, content creation, PR, and brand activations.Build and nurture deep, long-term relationships with key marketing contacts at agencies andbrands across the Delhi NCR market.Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting revenue and consistently working tomeet monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.Assist senior leadership by providing strategic insights on client needs, competitive landscape,and emerging sector trends to shape new product offerings.To Thrive in this role, you'll need0-3 years of experience in sales, advertising, or media, with a strong desire to build a careerin integrated media solutions.A true "hunter mentality"ready and eager to do cold outreach, client calls, and aggressiveprospecting to generate new revenue.Demonstrated ability to present and sell complex, multi-platform 360-degree media solutions(e.g., Digital + Content + Experiential).Strong commercial understanding of the Travel, Retail, and Startup marketing challenges andmedia buying cycles.Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with a track record ofpresenting to senior-level clients.A self-starter attitude, highly motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced,growth-focused environment.Bonus points if you haveExisting network and relationships within media agencies and client-side marketing teams inDelhi/Gurugram/Noida.Experience or deep familiarity with Brand Architecture or high-end Content Strategy.Proven experience in targeting and winning new business in the Startup sector (B2B and B2C).Why ?We believe great brands aren't built overnight instead they're built through moments, stories, andexperiences people remember.
