You will be part of a future-focused organization that blends Growth, sustainability, and global best practices.Job Summary:Strengthen organizational culture and capability by managing internal communications, employer branding initiatives, and learning content delivery. This role ensures employees are well-informed, engaged, and equipped with the right learning resources to succeed.Key ResponsibilitiesInternal Communications & Employer Branding- Design and execute internal communication plans aligned with business priorities in an agile and adaptive manner. - Create & engaging content (newsletters, intranet posts, emailers, videos, infographics) that resonates across diverse employee groups. - Support leadership for messaging, town halls, and change communication campaigns that build transparency and trust. - Collaborate with HR and Marketing to drive employer branding across internal channels and external platforms (LinkedIn, careers page, etc.). - Capture and amplify employee stories, program highlights, and culture narratives to strengthen engagement.Key Skills & Competencies- Strong written communication and storytelling skills. - Basic understanding of design and content tools like Canva, PPT, Illustrator, Photoshop and video editing tools. - Familiarity in content management, and reporting. - Ability to simplify and adapt communication for diverse workforce groups (plant, sales). - Balance of creativity with data-driven execution. - Collaborative, detail-oriented, and stakeholder-focused.Experience & Qualification- 4–8 years’ experience in Internal Communications, Employer Branding, Digital Content Creation, or related areas. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Journalism, Visual Communication, Design, or allied fields.
