The candidate will be responsible for handling client interactions, lead generation, follow-ups, and maintaining communication with potential and existing customers for our IT services and solutions.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s IT services.Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information to clients.Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for the sales/business development team.Maintain and update customer database and follow-up records.Explain IT service offerings clearly and professionally to clients.Follow scripts, handle objections, and ensure high-conversion communication.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.Build relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service.Candidate Requirements:Minimum 1 year of tele-calling experience, preferably in the IT domain (IT services, software, web development, SaaS, apps, or related fields).Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.Basic understanding of IT services (web development, app development, ERP, software solutions).Good knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools.Positive attitude, self-motivated, and disciplined.Education:Any graduate (Candidates with IT background preferred)Salary:Competitive salary based on experience + incentives.
