Job Title: Front Line Sales ManagerDepartment: Banca ChannelJob Summary:Sales Manger - The Front Line Sales Executive will be responsible for driving insurance sales through both Banca (bank channels. This includes relationship management, lead generation, product promotion, and achieving business targets by leveraging the partner network.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage strong relationships with bank staff, representatives to ensure consistent business flow.Work from bank branches to generate leads and close insurance sales.Achieve assigned sales and activity targets through branchesEnsure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines in all processes.Maintain accurate MIS and daily sales reports.Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.Eligibility Criteria:Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)Experience: Exp min 1 year in Experience in insuranceKey Skills Required:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsResult-oriented approach with a passion for salesGood understanding of insurance/financial productsRelationship-building and training capabilitiesSelf-motivated with time management skillsCTC - 2.20 LPA to 3.0 LPA ( salary will depend on interview)Interviews will be face to faceFor more details , connect with Samreen @ 8779246689
