Stella Technologies is expanding its operations globally and actively hiring in India to establish its technology hub in Ahmedabad.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for an Amazon Connect Engineer located in Ahmedabad. The Amazon Connect Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing solutions within the Amazon Connect ecosystem. Day-to-day tasks will include configuring and optimizing Amazon Connect infrastructure, integrating solutions with other AWS services, troubleshooting issues, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve system performance and customer experiences. The role demands a strong technical background and the ability to solve complex challenges in cloud contact center implementations.QualificationsProficiency in Amazon Connect, AWS services, and cloud infrastructure management Experience with contact center solutions, IVR design, and telephony technologies Skills in programming and scripting languages, such as JavaScript, Python, or Node.js Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and debugging capabilities Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally Prior experience in implementing or managing AWS solutions is highly desirable Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred Relevant AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer are a plus Amazon Connect, Amazon bedrock, Amazon Lex, Amazon Q, Dynamo DB is a must to have
