Location: Surajkund, FaridabadRole - On-siteBrand: PINQ Polka (Shapewear & Intimates)Experience: 2–5 years (Quick Commerce mandatory)About the RolePINQ Polka is looking for a dynamic and data-driven Key Account Manager (KAM) – Quick Commerce to own and grow our presence across platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Big Basket Now, and similar Q-commerce channels.You will be responsible for P&L ownership, assortment planning, growth strategy, and end-to-end account management.Key Responsibilities 1. Account Ownership & Growth- Manage and scale business across key quick-commerce partners (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BB Now, etc.) - Drive monthly/quarterly sales targets and overall profitability. - Plan brand visibility, hero products, launch strategies, and platform-specific promotions.2. Assortment, Inventory & Operations- Decide assortment mix, pricing strategy, and continuous replenishment planning. - Coordinate with supply chain to ensure 95%+ availability SLAs. - Track fill rates, stock-outs, demand trends, and improve operational efficiency.3. Campaign & Visibility Management- Plan and execute campaign calendars with partner teams. - Optimize spend for ROI and visibility goals. - Drive merchandising, banner placements, store listings, and event participation.4. Performance Analytics- Deep dive into daily dashboards to track: - Sales, conversions, ROAS - Sell-through & velocity - Contribution margin - Out-of-stock patterns - Identify business gaps and create weekly action plans.5. Relationship Management- Serve as the main point of contact for category managers and partner stakeholders. - Negotiate margins, JBP, visibility investments, and operational terms.6. Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and product teams. - Coordinate new launches, pricing updates, catalog hygiene, and compliance.Requirements- 2–5 years of experience handling Quick Commerce accounts. - Strong knowledge of platform portals & dashboards. - Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. - Strong negotiation and stakeholder management ability. - Experience in D2C, FMCG, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle categories is a plus. - Highly organized, agile, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
